I generally prefer to shoot outside (on location) – usually at your home but could be in a forest, on a beach or even in my own beautiful garden on the river. I will arrive 10 minutes before the session time starts. We will relax and chat a bit, especially if there are kiddies who need to get comfortable having me around. I shoot for 45 minutes to about 2 hours.
With small children, I always suggest booking the longer sessions, as it takes some time to get them doing what they do naturally and not feeling like they have to “perform” in front of the photographer lady 🙂
